We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment canceled within this timeframe will be charged a $50 fee.

A no-show, which occurs when we arrive at your location for the service but no one is present, will result in a charge for the total price of the detail service.

For our monthly members, please be aware that a late cancellation or a no-show will be counted as one of your four details for the month.
